Littlemssam’s mod unlocks a Gynecologist that your pregnant Sims can visit during their 2 nd or 3 rd trimester for an Ultrasound Examination. I happen to prefer the latter over the former, but even I found this mod cute and creative. Pay for a Nanny to just sit at your house while the toddler is at schoolī. The game still thinks the toddler is home when all sims leave for work/school so here are the options you can choose from:Ī. Just reset your sim and click on the ground/road and send your toddler to school. This happens when your toddler has food or something in their hand even if you cant see it. You can just miss that day, the penalty is 5 points and it takes -100 points to be demoted. The skills will not glow while they are at school but the skills will be increasing!
